Welcome to Subly ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Subly iOS application ("App"). By using Subly, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

The only data Subly stores is the subscription information you manually enter, including service names, billing amounts, billing dates, and categories. This data is stored entirely on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect any of the following:

• Personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number
• Account login credentials
• Location data (precise or approximate)
• Camera, photos, contacts, or microphone access
• Device identifiers or IP addresses
• App usage analytics or behavioral data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data

3. How Your Data Is Stored

All data you enter into Subly is stored locally on your iPhone. We do not operate any servers, databases, or cloud storage that holds your personal information. Your subscription data never leaves your device unless you choose to export it manually via the CSV export feature.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscription status for Subly Pro. When you make a purchase, Apple processes your payment and RevenueCat receives only the transaction data necessary to validate your subscription status. RevenueCat does not receive any of your subscription tracking data. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

4.2 Apple In-App Purchases

All payments are processed by Apple through their secure in-app purchase system. We do not collect or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.

5. In-App Purchases

Subly offers a free tier and a premium subscription called Subly Pro. Subly Pro is available as a monthly plan ($2.99/month) or a yearly plan ($19.99/year). All purchases are processed securely by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

6. Push Notifications

Subly may send push notifications to remind you before subscription renewals. These notifications are generated locally on your device based on the billing dates you have entered. You can enable or disable notifications at any time through your iPhone Settings. We do not use notifications for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Data Sharing and Selling

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. We have no advertising partners and do not use your data for marketing purposes of any kind.

8. Advertising and Tracking

Subly contains no advertisements. We do not use any advertising SDKs, tracking identifiers (IDFA), cookies, or any other tracking technologies.

9. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can:

• Delete all your data at any time using the "Clear all data" option in the Settings screen
• Delete the app from your device to remove all associated data permanently

10. GDPR Compliance (European Users)

If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including the right to access, correct, and delete your data. 11. CCPA Compliance (California Users)

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
